8. Site-specific conditions

The dates come from the registry server of each ending at the moment you press the button. We do not guarantee them, and registries say the same about their own data. A date is a fact about a record: it is not a judgement about the shop or the people behind it.

This site does not say that any shop is a scam, a fraud, safe or trustworthy, and it keeps no list of shops. The checklist repeats what official agencies publish, with their pages linked and dated; it is not legal, financial or professional advice and it does not replace the agencies it names.

Each registry has its own terms of use for its RDAP service, usually banning high-volume automated queries, and may limit queries from one address. This site sends one query per click and never repeats one by itself. Please do the same if you link to it.

Reporting channels and steps for people who paid are those of the official pages linked beside them, on the day we opened them. Agencies change their pages; follow the link and check that it still says the same before you act.
